When we visited the project last year, we found that its location offers good public transport, easy cab & auto availability, and markets at a walkable distance. The locality features both residential and commercial spaces. Magarpatta Road, Ghorpadi Road, N Main Road and Keshav Nagar Road are key roads that offer connectivity to Mundhwa. The locale is about 3 km from Kalyani Nagar Station on the Pune Metro's Aqua Line, connecting Ramwadi to Vanaz. I am sharing some of the nearby places below:
Noble Hospital and Research Centre is 11 minutes away.
The KOPA Mall is located 12 minutes from the area.
VIGBYOR High School, Magarpatta is 6 minutes away.
Marriott Suites Pune is 8 minutes away from the property.
The Godrej Skyline address was suitable for us and there have been no commutation problems so far. If you are also looking for a suitable peaceful spot in the city with stunning views, you must check out this property.

We were looking for a 3 BHK apartment in Mundhwa, Pune, and came across some positive Godrej Skyline reviews. So, we planned to visit the property and found the project is spread across 3.70 acres with 4 towers and 287 units. The panoramic views of this property are breathtaking.
Apart from this, the property offers 3 and 4+ BHK apartments. The best part is that it has RERA approval and Godrej Skyline RERA number is PM1260002400007. Also, all the apartments are vastu compliant which makes it more secure and comfortable to live in. Godrej Skyline price for 3 BHK starts at Rs. 3.99 Crore while for 4+ BHK it is around Rs. 5.99 Crore onwards. The unit size for 3 BHK is 1500 sqft while for 4 BHK it is 2400 sqft. There is plenty of space for parking and there is a separate jogging track as well. The property is a worthy investment.
