What are the Godrej the Gale Reviews, Hinjewadi, Pune?

We were looking for an apartment in Hinjewadi, Pune and my friend suggested I visit this property as she and her husband had bought a flat here 2 months ago and he was raving about the top-notch infrastructure and the luxury amenities. The exact Godrej The Gale address she gave is Thakar Chowk Maan Road, near Hinjewadi Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Phase 1, Hinjawadi Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjawadi, Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411057. 

She gave great Godrej The Gale reviews. My husband and I visited the project last week and found that its unit configuration is 1,2 and 3 BHK apartments with a project area of 12 acres with 650 units. The unit size for 1 BHK is 562 sq. ft., for 2 BHK it is 842 sq. ft. while for 3 BHK it ranges between 1041 sq. ft. - 1404 sq. ft. Godrej The Gale possession date is March 2029 and the starting price is Rs. 71 Lakhs. The project offers vastu compliant homes and offers excellent connectivity to major places in the city, such as Hinjewadi, Baner, Wakad, Aundh, and PCMC.

It has been 4 months since we bought a 3 BHK apartment here and I am sharing my Godrej The Gale reviews. I can say that we are glad to have invested in this property. The property has RCC framed strategically constructed structure keeping in mind the best of architecture and specifications both from the inside and outside. It will have all the best state facilities and amenities to suit homebuyer’s needs and requirements. 

Also, the location is in one of the prime locations of Pune West and has good public transport and easy cab/auto availability.

• The locale is 5 minutes away from Rajiv Gandhi IT Park.

• Enjoys smooth inter and intra-city connectivity via the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, also known as NH-48

• It is 45 minutes away from the Pune International Airport.

These location advantages convinced us to buy the flat in this locality. We got Godrej The Gale possession date in March 2029. Overall, I will rate them 4.

When my father visited the property last month, the exceptional amenities really impressed him. He said the project is RERA approved and Godrej The Gale RERA ID is P52100054971. The price for 1 BHK is around Rs. 71 lakhs onwards, for 2 BHK it is around Rs.1.01 Crores while for Godrej The Gale price for 3 BHK, it costs Rs. 1.29 Cr onwards.
