After months of planning and saving, we finally bought a 3 BHK flat in Godrej United, Hoodi, Bangalore. This is the place with all the amenities that we were looking for. And, the Godrej United price for our 1933 sq ft was Rs 3.8 Crores. We found an ample amount of space in the society, and top-notch amenities from community hall, clubhouse to jogging tracks and children’s play area. The security and maintenance staff are very friendly and quite punctual. I am listing out some of the amazing amenities of this property.

We bought a 3 BHK flat on this property, and based on our experience, I can say it’s a hustling neighbourhood, blooming with all kinds of fun activities. Godrej United address is in the prime location of Whitefield. We wanted a property with a good amount of medical facilities nearby for my in-laws. And this was just the place for us. The society is near Sri Satya Sai Hospital (1.8 Km) and Vydehi Hospital Multi Speciality (1.4 Km), making it an ideal property for us. The Godrej United 3 BHK price for our flat was Rs. 3.8 Crores. Not only this, it is close to malls and entertaining spaces and also provides easy access to grocery shops. It has a beautiful deck which offers unhindered city views. These factors were enough to convince us.

My sister and my brother-in-law recently bought a 3 BHK flat in this project. They have been living in the property since Godrej United possession date, which was July 2021. At the time of purchase, we all visited the property and what caught our attention was the IGBC Pre-certified Gold rating. It is a wonderful project which promotes energy conservation of environment friendly features like the preservation of natural rocks, rainwater harvesting, etc.
It offers spacious and luxurious homes for a comfortable living. The property is also RERA approved and the Godrej United RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/171010/000003. My sister is extremely happy with the property and she always mentions to me about the healthy and friendly environment of the place.
