We were looking for a 3 BHK apartment in Chandivali, Mumbai and came across some positive Godrej Urban Park reviews. So, we planned to visit the property and found that the project is spread across 2.70 acres. The property has a sleek architecture, 4300 sq ft Miyawaki Forest, and a hammock garden as well. There is a fire safety, rainwater harvesting system, and sewage treatment plant as well.
The best part is that it has RERA approval and Godrej Urban Park RERA number is P51800028364. Also, all the apartments are vastu compliant which makes it more secure and comfortable to live in. There is plenty of space for parking, visitor parking and there is a separate jogging track and area for indoor games as well. Apart from this, we found that the unit configuration is 1, 2, and 3 BHK. Also, the apartments were spacious. We finally booked a 3 BHK unit at Rs. 2.89 crore here and the Godrej Urban Park possession date we received is September 2026.
