Sharing my Golden Opulence reviews with you all here. We are happy with how their sales team helped me during my purchase. The entire procedure was hassle-free, easy, and convenient. The 3 BHK units in this complex start at 1442 square feet. However, I booked a 3BHK of 2067 sq. ft Golden Opulence unit size. What I liked the most was.

  • This project was close to several popular hospitals, like Apollo Hospital, Sri Ramachandra Hospital (SRMC) and ACS Hospital.

  • Also, there were several schools (Chennai Public School, John’s International School, Oxford Matriculation School) and colleges (ACS Medical College, Raja Rajeswari Engineering College, MGR Engineering College, Saveetha Engineering College) nearby.

Apart from the location, I loved that this project offered 2 automatic passenger lifts in each block, teakwood panel main door, modular switches, provision for Split AC in all bedrooms and living room, ample car parking space, up to 2’ height above kitchen counter and so on. I would recommend it to visit this project once.

I am quite happy with the investment I have made in Golden Opulence, Chennai. I bought my second home in the fourth tower as well. You can get an excellent atmosphere that is conveniently accessible from the Chennai-Bengaluru highway. What attracted me the most was the construction quality of this project and the Golden Opulence location. Here are some benefits I found.

  • This project is a 5 minutes drive to the Proposed Metro Rail Phase Il Poonamallee.

  • The Ambattur Industrial Estate and Sriperumbudur Industrial Zone are 9 minutes and 10 minutes away respectively from this property.

  • It is 15 minutes away from Annanagar and Koyambedu Flyover.

  • The best part is that Proposed Greenfield Airport is just 20 minutes away and the Central Railway Station is 30 minutes away.

Apart from this, an advantage of the project is the built-in Clubhouse, opulent walking area and larger parking area. The Golden Opulence possession date I received during the purchase was June 2024 and I got my flat on the promised date.

I am happy that I purchased a 3BHK flat in this gated community. I genuinely love living in Golden Opulence with my family. It is the ideal place to call home because of its tranquil surroundings, first-rate amenities, and sense of security. You can get several amenities like.

  • Clinic,

  • Beauty Parlour,

With future metro connectivity, hangouts, and bus terminals, the Golden Opulence location should continue to improve. There are several options for schools, colleges, and shops nearby. I also liked that this project has RERA approval and the Golden Opulence RERA number is TN/AGENT/0298/2019. Overall, I will rate them 5 out of 5.
