Prominent schools like the National Institute of Open Schooling and Paranjape Vidya Mandir are within 3.5 km.
You will have easy access to almost everything from here, so investing here will indeed be an excellent decision.

The project is developed by Pate Developers, a popular and trustworthy real estate builder who has been in this field for over 25 years and has successfully delivered over 1,000 projects.

After reading several Golden Petals reviews online, I finally checked out this project last month since I am really looking for a 2 BHK and loved it. We have a son, so our utmost concern is his safety, and it seems this project ensures 24*7 security, along with round-the-clock water supply and power backup.
It also has an ample number of other amenities, like a jogging track, badminton playing area, tennis court, swimming pool, gym, rainwater harvesting facility, and others. I will revisit it with my family and if they like it, I will book a unit here soon.
