Hello, this is about my brother’s review on Golf Edge in Hyderabad. He wanted to be clear about the Golf Edge unit configuration. The options available here were 2.5 BHK, 3 BHK and Duplex Flats. Here are the carpet area details,

The starting Golf Edge price of the flat was from Rs. 1.04 crore onwards.
My brother felt the 3 BHK flat would work perfectly for him. Since he had a budget of Rs. 1.5 crore, he could afford the 3 BHK flat.

My Niece wanted to invest in Golf Edge in Hyderabad. She had talked about this to my uncle and went to the project. But she had some queries on the project’s legal side of things. When she asked about Golf Edge possession date, The sales team said it had been completed in August 2019.
She saw the project amenities. She was happy that there was a park at the project since he loved her morning walks. The project also had rainwater harvesting measures implemented and also a generator facility. The amenities were liked by her and she booked a flat here.
A cousin of mine had seen many Golf Edge reviews online and he decided to visit. He wanted to see the surrounding area as it was new to him. He found the Golf Edge location quite lucrative. There are a few bus stops within the project vicinity. These were DLF Gate 1 (Pickup), Kondapur, Mc Donalds Opp (Cyber Towers), Khajaguda X Road, and so on. The three stations, namely, Raidurg, HITEC City, and Durgam Cheruvu, connecting the Metro were a short distance away.
The project did appeal to him, but he decided to wait for some more time before finalising whether to invest here.
