What are the Goodwill Apartments Reviews, Koramangala, Bengaluru?

I checked out this project just last month and found it to be a pretty good one. The Goodwill Apartments area is not that much, just 2 acres, but the properties seem well-planned and designed. 

Some of the aspects that I like about this project are that:

• You will get ready to move into apartments here since the Goodwill Apartments possession date was from January 2013 onwards

• You will get a spacious bike and car parking area here

• Lift, security, water, and other basic amenities are available 24*7 here

• The Goodwill Apartments price list starts from Rs 36.56 lakh onwards.

I am planning to invest here before this year ends and will visit it again with my husband, so if possible, I shall share another Goodwill Apartments review.

Goodwill Apartments is a pretty great project for investment. I live close to this project and have many friends living there. None of them has ever shared with me a negative review. I cannot speak much about its internal aspects, but as per the Goodwill Apartments location, let me tell you it's great. It is very close to the Chandra Layout and is situated at 18/4, 17th B Main Rd, KHB Colony, 6th Block, Koramangala. 

• BCC Layout and Chandra Layout are within 2 km

• Shree Dhanvantari Ayurveda Hospital is within 1.2 km

• Fortis Hospital is around 2.6 km from here

• Pixelframes VFX Studios LLP is just 400mts

• Loop Entertainment Studio is 1.5 km away

• Mansion Houz Productions is just 2.2 km

• Reliance Fresh is 3 km away

So locationwise it is 10/ 10 so you can definitely consider investing here. 

Goodwill Apartments is a great project. I have been living here since 2019 and have never faced any issue. The apartments here are affordable and spacious as per the price, around Rs 37 lakhs for 2 BHK of 750 sq ft. 

Both rental and saleable properties are available here, and residents here can enjoy an ample number of amenities like a basketball court, landscape garden, play area, rainwater harvesting facility, and others. All the apartments are constructed as per Vastu here, and each of them enjoys great ventilation. I assure you that having a home here will be worth it, so do check it out at least once.
