It is located near Kempegowda International Airport and has access to major railway stations like Thanisandra, Hebbal, and Banaswadi, which is really convenient for me as I have to commute a lot. It also has schools such as Iqra Global Academy and St. Paul English School nearby along with healthcare facilities like Cratis Hospital and Sreeva Hospital. Such locational advantages which offer ease and convenience to my family were really a plus when I made the decision to invest in this project.

Recently when I told a friend that I was looking for some good property to invest in, he told me about Goyal Salisbury since he stays near this project. He told me about all the amenities this place offers such as a community hall and a common garden for gatherings. They also provide a jogging track, a fully-equipped gym, and a refreshing swimming pool, all of which would be liked by my wife. They also have CCTV cameras everywhere for safety which is important. And all such amenities are offered for the Goyal Salisbury price range of Rs. 93 Lakhs - Rs. 1.43 Crores, which seemed reasonable to me. Thus I wanted to invest in this project.

Hello, here is my Goyal Salisbury review as I have been looking to invest in this project for some time. When I visited the project I found that it offers unit configuration of 2 BHK, 3 BHK + 2T & 3 BHK for comfortable living of any family size. I got to know that Goyal Salisbury possession date is going to be December 2028. One thing that I appreciated a lot was that this project was that it has been approved by RERA.
