Grace Packers & Movers Chennai are not professional. I availed of their service to move from one place to another within the city and did not have a pleasant experience with them. They arrived on time but did not use quality materials to pack my goods. As a result, several of my delicate items, like photo frames, a few glasses, and crockeries, broke during the transit. On that, they charged me Rs 1k for unloading. I am not happy with their service, hence I will rate them 1/ 5.

I availed of Grace Packers & Movers in Chennai earlier this year and had a terrible experience. Initially scheduled for 10 am, they delayed the entire process and arrived at 2 PM. They broke my bookshelf and coffee table despite assisting them with the move. They promised to either fix everything or compensate within a week, but it never happened. I called them for months, but every time they avoided me, saying that the issue had been raised and they would soon contact me. It has been more than 7 months now, and I am still waiting for them to execute the work as promised. Their service was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I strongly advise against choosing Grace Packers & Movers. I wish I had read the Grace Packers & Movers Chennai reviews online before availing of their service.

After hearing some positive Grace Packers & Movers Chennai Reviews, I availed of their service this year in March, and it was the biggest mistake of my life. I called them on 12th March and booked them to transport my goods from Chennai to Hyderabad on the 20th of the same month. On 19th March, they called me and said that they wouldn’t be able to execute the task and completely backed off. Luckily, I found

and got my goods transported through them. I don't understand how Packers & Movers Chennai can be so unprofessional. Highly disappointed and will never recommend them to anyone.

Last year I availed of Grace Packers & Movers Chennai service to get my goods transported within Chennai from one location to another and had an average experience. They arrived on time; the team was decent, but I did not like the fact that they sent only 2 people to pack the goods. They seemed to be quite slow for which the delivery was delayed. Another thing is that they charge more than the quote they provide. In my case, I had to pay Rs 700 to each of the two men for unloading the goods, of which I was not informed. None of my goods were damaged, so I will rate them 3/ 5. I hope they will work on themselves.
