Sharing my review here. I would like to highlight the prospect of the GRC Brundavan
location. The project is easily accessible to nearby transport and medical facilities, making it an ideal place to live in. My wife and I recently booked a 2 BHK apartment here, and we are shifting in January.
The GRC Brundavan
unit configuration is 2 and 3 BHK apartments, which are spread across an area of 5 acres. I find the location appealing because -
The nearby bus stop, Rajarajeshwari gate, is within 0.4 km
Deepanjali metro station is 3.2 km away
Nayandahalli train station is within 1.6 km.
Sri Venkateshwara hospital is close to 2 km
Max is just 1.2 km away
Star Bazaar is also within 1.2 km
So, all of this contributed to our decision to invest here.

We recently moved into a 2 BHK apartment in this project and so I’m sharing my GRC Brundavan
reviews. Apart from having remarkable security, this project offers some great amenities such as a swimming pool, amphitheatre, jogging track, library, gym, park, and a lot more. The rooms are also structured according to Vastu, and there is a provision for power backup as well. Besides, another good thing about this project is the builder’s large reputation. GRC group has 25 years of experience with more than 17 projects completed, and I have heard a lot of positive feedback about this builder. We are happy with this investment.
