I went here with my partner to ask about the Greenmark Mayfair Apartments unit configuration and found out that there are 2 and 3 BHK flats. We had our interest in the 3 BHK ones. The primary thing that had us keen to buy the property was its size. We were told that the 3 BHK in Greenmark Mayfair Apartments unit size was 1657 sq. ft, which was quite spacious for a house.
However, the price of the flat didn’t work out between us and the seller. So, we didn’t go ahead with booking the flat.

This project is located Beside Mayfair Villas, Tellapur-Osman Nagar Rd in Tellapur. As for the Raheja Galaxy unit configuration, there are 2 and 3 BHK flats here with a decent carpet area.
The society has been maintained and the construction quality shows from the condition of the flats. We haven’t made up our minds yet but are considering this as no other society we’ve been to comes even close. I’d recommend you give this project a visit.
