I bought a 3 BHK here in 2018 and since it\'s an old project, I was able to find several Gulmohar Orchids reviews online and make a wise decision. The property is worth investing in mainly because of the Gulmohar Orchids address. Hospitals, malls, schools- anything you need is available in close proximity.
It lies just 1.6 km away from the Noble Hospital
Within 5 km from Yashwantrao Chavan Vidyalay and St. Mary’s School
Within 2 km from the Marketyard
The Race Course is also within 4 km
The Ghorpuri train station is also within 6.5 km
Since location plays a major role for me, I invested in this project, and I am really happy with my decision. I will suggest you too consider investing here.

I agree with others’ views about Gulmohar Orchids. It is a great project. My in-laws have been living here since 2012 and have never faced any serious issues. The project has
