I called Guru Mahadev Packers and Movers last month, to shift from Borivali to Juhu in Mumbai. I gave them clear instructions that I have to shift all my household goods including several fragile items and chandeliers. So, they will need extra care. But the packers bought thin cardboard boxes to store my goods for shifting which resulted in crushing and damaging of my chandelier. However, after delivery, the customer support listened carefully and showed reliable concern by taking responsibility and providing a fair compensation. I will rate them 3.5 out of 5 under my reviews.

The entire loading and unloading process I booked with Guru Mahadev Packers was disappointing. The internal components of my 44 inch LED TV had been damaged due to improper packaging and rash driving by the driver. However, the company promised insurance coverage in the beginning but when I reached out to the customer care for help, they gave no compensation.
