Commuting is a breeze with Karkardooma Court Metro Station just 0.8 km away and Karkarduma (Blue Line) only 0.3 km from the society.
I also appreciate how close the DDA Market Jagriti Enclave is, for our shopping, and the District Court Karkardooma is right around the corner for any legal needs. Overall, I will rate them 9 out of 10 under my Hans Apartment reviews because of its prime location and convenience.

Here, the 3 BHK flats, ranging from 1100 to 1153 sq. ft., offer plenty of space, and the price ranges from Rs 1.90 Cr - Rs 2.53 crore. Just for your info, Hans Apartment possession date was in July 2003. The building has been ready for possession, and it’s a great testament to its durability. There are 342 units, which add to the exclusivity of the community. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-connected, safe, and comfortable home.
