I took the service for shifting from Pune to Chattisgarh recently. The quality of the packaging was excellent. The people who loaded the items in Pune were kind and communicated well with us. But, there was some mishandling from the people who unloaded our items in Raipur. Also, there was a lot of miscommunication between me and the driver which further ruined the experience.
Otherwise, they are good when it comes to packaging and loading of items.
