I used HCL Xpress Noida to move my bike locally within the city, and it was the worst decision I could have made. They packed my bike so poorly that it arrived several days late for a 60 kilometer journey. Over all of that, they charged me extra that my house is a kilometer inside the streets as compared to the address I gave. This was really frustrating that even after the delay, how can they be so shameless to demand for extra money. Please avoid using HCL Xpress Noida if you value punctuality.
