I recently hired Heaven's Deep Home Cleaning for a 2 BHK cleaning, and it turned out to be quite a failure. The team arrived three hours late, starting at 1 pm instead of the agreed 10 am. To make matters worse, they showed up without ladders or dry clothes, forcing us to supply them. The areas under the sofa and bed were barely cleaned, and they nearly skipped the balcony until my mother pointed it out. Overall, the service was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I hired Heaven’s Deep Home Cleaning specifically for a bathroom cleaning, but the results were terrible. The glass was wet-wiped but left with watermarks, and the tiles still had stains, especially in the corners. The basin, taps, and racks were just superficially wiped down, offering no real cleanliness. I expected much better, especially for the amount I paid. The cleaning was so minimal that my bathroom didn’t even look different afterwards. I won’t recommend their services to anyone. I am extremely unhappy with Heaven’s Deep Home Cleaning. I specifically booked their service to get my kitchen thoroughly cleaned, but it was a letdown. The chimney was merely wiped down, leaving the grease untouched. Wall and floor tiles were poorly cleaned, especially in the corners. Despite being promised that they would remove items for cleaning, I had to do it myself. Why make false promises if you can’t deliver? Stop fooling customers and wasting our hard-earned money!
