1. Moving Costs: This cost is related to the shifting of your belongings to the rented place. You’d have to hire a packer and mover to pack, load, and unload the stuff at your new place. The packer and mover cost would be finalized, depending on the distance and your inventory.

2. Rent Agreement: When you rent a house, it is your responsibility as a tenant to register the rent agreement and you’d have to bear the cost for that. 

3. Brokerage: If you hire a broker, they will charge you a brokerage fee for finding the house for you. The brokerage depends on the house rent, which ranges from 1-3 months of rent. To save on brokerage, I didn’t hire any broker, instead, I looked for homes on
