A few days back when I visited Hill Ridge Springs, I was amazed by the multitude of amenities. Some of the amenities that I liked are,

The presence of a cafeteria/food court within the project

  • Power Back Up

  • Reserved Parking

  • Visitor Parking

  • Intercom Facility

  • Maintenance Staff

  • Guest Accommodation

  • Rain Water Harvesting

I liked the project and consider it to be one of the best to invest in. However, I’d say that if you too are planning to invest in this locality you should visit this project before deciding.

Hello, Hill Ridge Springs, situated in Gachibowli, offers exceptional connectivity.

The key routes like the Old Mumbai Highway, Gachibowli-Miyapur Road, and the Outer Ring Road ensure excellent access to the rest of the city from Gachibowli.

The Outer Ring Road links the area to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, which is about a forty-minute drive away. 

Additionally, it takes around twenty minutes to reach Lingampally Railway Station from this location. Also, this is only 2.4 Km from my workplace that is Sohini Tech Park. I am supremely impressed with the Hill Ridge Springs location, and I am planning to book an apartment here.

Hi, I am writing this Hill Ridge Springs review based on my recent visit. It is located in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. It is spread over 4 acres. This residential complex has 530 units spread across 16 towers offers 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 4 BHK homes. On enquiring about the Hill Ridge Springs unit configuration, the sales team shared this table with me,

1756 sq. ft. to 3700 sq. ft.

4 BHK

3700 sq. ft. to 2560 sq. ft.

Overall, I like this project and I am planning to book a 2 BHK unit here.
