What are the Hiranandani Empress Hill, Powai, Mumbai Reviews?

We were looking for a 3 BHK home in Mumbai a few weeks ago. The project is being developed by the Hiranandani Group, which is a trusted builder with years of experience. This was one of the reasons behind our interest in this project. 

I will talk about the amenities here, which gained my interest. There is an amphitheatre, a children’s play area, a meditation park, a reflexology area, a swimming pool and more.

There is a false ceiling and marble flooring in the living, dining, kitchen and bedroom. In the deck, there is a wooden finish with anti-skid tiles and the modular kitchen will have a quartz stone platform. 

I believe this is a good rounded-up project and will be making the booking soon. You should check it out once. 

I called the builder team to ask about the Hiranandani Empress Hill unit configuration and more. So, I am writing a short review of the project here. There are 3 and 4 BHK flats here with 20 floors in each of the four towers. I also asked for the Hiranandani Empress Hill RERA number which is P51800052633. 

I was told that high-quality non-corrosive plumbing, countertop marble with a vanity unit below the basin counters and glass door shower cubicles in the bathroom are some of the standout features here.

The Hiranandani Empress Hill possession date is December 2028, which is a bit late for us and the only reason we aren’t booking this project, as everything else seems right for us.

Hey, I saw you asking about a Hiranandani Empress Hill review and I’d like to share mine. I went to check out this project in Powai. I first of all like the location as Powai itself is a good area and the exact location of this project is also pretty advantageous. 

Hiranandani Empress Hill location, The Hiranandani Hospital, Galleria Mall, High Street and Hako Mall are all near the Hiranandani Empress Hill location. 

If I have to talk more about the project specifications, there are 4 towers of 20 floors with 3 and 4 BHK homes with decks. The total area of the project is 3.5 acres and talking about the Hiranandani Empress Hill 3BHK price starts at Rs. 5.65 crores. 

Although these homes have a huge carpet area, the cost seems a bit too much for us. So, we didn’t go ahead with the project. But, if this is feasible for you, do give it a chance.
