What are the Hiranandani Gardens Reviews, Powai, Mumbai?

I am not 100% sure about the Hiranandani Gardens price list but I can tell you that the apartments here range between Rs 2 crore and Rs 17 crore approximately. Since this is a ready-to-move-in project, the apartment prices are not clearly stated on their website. I primarily went there to check out the Hiranandani Gardens 2BHK price and the price range was between Rs 2.8 crore and Rs 3.5 crore. I have some idea about the prices of other apartment types as well so you can take a look at them:

• Hiranandani Gardens 1BHK price is around Rs 1.80 crore

• Hiranandani Gardens 3BHK price is around Rs 5.25 crore for a 1440 sq ft area

• Hiranandani Gardens 5BHK price is around Rs 16.50 crore for 4750 sq ft

I found the project worth investing hence and will be moving into a 2 BHK soon so shall recommend you invest here.

The Hiranandani Gardens reviews I have heard to date all speak well of the project. This project is very renowned in this location. The Hiranandani Gardens location is also great. It is just 5 km from the International airport of the city, Powai. Let me be more precise about its location:

This project is just 15 minutes from the Galleria Shopping Mall and R City Mall 

• 3 km from the SakiNaka metro station

• 4 km from the Kanjurmarg railway station

• Bandra Kurla Complex is 50 mins away from here

• The commercial hub in Andheri East is 40 minutes away

I also remember the Hiranandani Gardens project area to be 1 acre so I believe you will be able to breathe in fresh air every day. As per the reviews, this project appears to be great so you can check it out and invest here.

Hiranandani Gardens possession date was June 2012, so yes, It is a ready-to-move-in project. My sister lives in a 3 BHK here and her apartment is simply awesome. The project has an ample number of amenities like:

• Spacious clubhouse

• Swimming pool

• Badminton court

• Dedicated jogging track

• Landscape gardens and a lot more

She has been living here for around 3 years and has never complained about living there. I therefore recommend you invest in this project.
