I’ve recently availed of the Maha Bank home loan from the Bank of Maharashtra. So, I can share the required Bank of Maharashtra home loan documents with you. I availed the home loan from Bank of Maharashtra as they were offering me a higher loan amount with a higher interest rate of 8.35% onwards.

What is the Bank of Maharashtra Home Loan Documents List?

  • Complete and the signed loan application form

  • 2 passport size photos

  • ID proof:

  1. Aadhar card

  2. Voter ID card

  3. Driving license

  4. PAN card

  5. Passport

  • Proof of Residence:

  1. Aadhar card

  2. Voter ID card

  3. Driving license

  4. Electricity/telephone bill

As I was a salaried employee, I had to submit some additional documents;

  • Previous 3 month’s pay slip

  • Last 2 year’s IT return copies

  • Last 6 month’s salary bank account statement 

Apart from these documents, I had to submit some property documents like;

  • Receipt of payment made for buying a residential unit

  • Design copy of the property

  • Authority permission under the Urban land ceiling act 1976

  • Sale deed/sale/cost estimate agreement from the registered architect

  • Concession letter from the builder
