We recently finalized a flat in this project and the House Of Hiranandani Westgate price was one of the reasons we went ahead with the deal. Starting at Rs. 1.05 crores, the project is pretty lavish, and in a location like Thane-Mumbai, we liked this project better than the others.
Although we would have liked a bit more space in the 2 BHK configuration, the amenities do impress a lot. There is a tennis court, swimming pool, visitor’s parking, jogging track, sewage treatment plant, and all the flats are Vastu compliant. The possession is one issue as the House Of Hiranandani Westgate possession date has been scheduled for late 2031, which might be a little late, but we compromised a bit as we liked the overall offerings.

Hey. My partner and I checked out the 4 BHK here and came back pretty happy. The houses are lavish in terms of space with a carpet area ranging from 1622 to 1761 sq. ft. The Garden of Five Senses, healing garden, fruit forest, forest pavilion, and arrival garden impressed me in particular. The project has incorporated a lot of greenery, which we were looking for in the house we purchased. We also checked the House Of Hiranandani Westgate RERA number, which is P51700077268. We are yet to make a decision but might go ahead with this one.

It is going to be built in the Waghbil area of Thane. I will start with the aspect I liked the most, which is the location. The Anand Nagar bus stop is just 1 km from here and a lot of commercial complexes like WeWork, Quantum, and TCS fall within 3 km. The Hiranandani Hospital is also just 2.8 km from here. So, all these things make the House Of Hiranandani Westgate address good. You’ll find 2, 3, and 4 BHK homes here with the 3 BHK having a pretty good carpet area of 1282 sq. ft. Overall, the place is nice and we’re considering buying the flat here.
