After my cousin told me about this property, I had been looking to invest here. I asked him about the Hubtown 25 South address and location, so that I can visit the site. He said it is near Kirti M. Doongursee College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Prabhadevi, Dadar, Mumbai. After my visit, I found out that most of the basic need locations are in proximity to the property.
Patil International School is just 1.6 km away, and Raheja College of Commerce and Economics and Sasmira’s Institute of Management are both 2.0 km away.
The ITC Grand Central is just 3.6 km away and High Street Phoenix is located 5.2 km away.
There even is a Shree Siddhivinayak Temple located just 0.28 km away.
Even if we need to commute farther, with Lower Parel just 3.3 km away and Bandra West at 6.2 km, we can easily access key parts of the city.
I finally booked a 4BHK of 2188 sq ft and the Hubtown 25 South price for my property was Rs. 23 crores.

Sharing my Hubtown 25 South reviews here. When I was looking for some magnificent property, I was told about this project by my relative. So, I planned to look at it. After some research, I found out about all the amenities that this place offer.
They have a calm meditation centre and themed landscape gardens for a small escape from the hustle and bustle.
They also have a swimming pool and a gymnasium.
There is even a senior citizen area for old people to socialise.
For kids, there is a separate play area and a multipurpose court.
There are outdoor BBQ spaces as well, which is amazing because I love BBQ.
They have a party hall as well to arrange small gatherings.
Apart from this, I liked that this property is also approved by RERA, and Hubtown 25 South RERA number is P51900030729. I also found the price to be quite reasonable for a 3BHK apartment, so I finally booked a unit here.

I recently visited this project with my father as I was looking to invest there.
