We got married recently and currently live in a rented flat. We started looking for properties to buy in Pune and came across this one after hearing from a friend. The property has a lot to offer and we were quite happy after visiting the place. It’s a gated society with security and bike parking. The maintenance is a thing which we liked, as all the areas were clean and well kept. When it comes to amenities, the society has a swimming pool, a gym, an ATM, a jogging track, a badminton court, a children’s play area, a separate indoor games region and more. Apart from all this, the flats here are Vastu-compliant, which is something we’ve been looking for in the flat we buy. Overall, Imperial Residence does seem like a good option, but we’re exploring other properties, too.

Hello, I saw you were looking for some Imperial Residence reviews, so I can give you mine. I visited this project a while ago with my partner to look for a 2 BHK resale flat on the 2nd floor.
Let me begin with the Krishna Mystiq unit configuration, which includes 2 and 3 BHK flats across 6 acres.
The property is in Kalyan Nagar. The location has been the highlight for us. You can reach the Shastri Nagar Bus Stop with a 600m walk, while the Pune and Ghorpuri Train Stations are around 5 to 5.5km from the society. So, commuting is not an issue. When it comes to healthcare, you’ve got the Ruby Hall Clinic and Kataria Hospital 3-4 km from the property. All of this makes the Imperial Residence location suitable for us.
The 2 BHK we saw was also pretty decent, with good space and ventilation. We’ve decided to go ahead and finalise the deal. You can give this property a visit for sure.

So my mother and I checked out a flat here last month. There was a 3BHK up for sale and we were interested in buying it. The property’s location is something we liked as the Kalyan Nagar area is quite nice to live in Pune. The Creaticity Mall is about 1.5 km from Imperial Residence. At the same time, INOX and PVR are also 5-15 minutes away. The society has a lot of supermarkets around it, including D Mart, Wellness Forever and more about 3 km away.
Talking about the Imperial Residence unit configuration, you get 2 and 3 BHK homes here. Although we haven’t made up our mind yet, this property is one of the few we’ve liked.
