Hello. I have been living in a 3 BHK in this society and can share a quick review here. The home interiors are something we like a lot. The rooms receive ample sunlight and the ventilation ain’t bad either. Amenities are quite many in the society, including a gym, a children’s play zone, a jogging track, a rainwater harvesting system, a maintenance staff and more. There are several malls around the property, too. There’s Mahagun Metro Mall, Carnival Cinemas, PVR, EDM Mall, etc. Overall, the property has a good balance of stuff you’d want in a residential space. My suggestion would be to check it out once and then make up your mind.

So we finalised a deal for the 2 BHK apartment in this society earlier this month. We were looking to buy a flat in Noida for a long time and finally found the one we like. The flats are Vastu compliant here, which is one thing we wanted in the house we bought. The homes receive a good amount of sunlight and the ventilation is also a plus in my opinion. There is decent green cover and a maintenance staff to keep the common areas well maintained. We got a nice deal for the 2 BHK as the Indian Oil Apartments 2BHK price was Rs. 70 lakhs, which was somewhere around our budget. It’s a good society to live in if you are considering properties in and around Sector 62.

Hi. We purchased a resale flat in Indian Oil Apartments a few months ago. A relative of ours referred us to the property seller. Luckily, the property matched our preferences and everything’s been pretty nice up till now. The Indian Oil Apartments location is pretty great, being in Sector 62. When it comes to transport, there is the Mayur Vihar Phase III bus stop, Sector 62 metro station and more close by. In terms of healthcare, there are several hospitals like Max Super Speciality, Metro and Yashoda Super Speciality Hospital close to the society.
