We went to see 2 BHK apartments in Ittina Mahavir a couple of weeks ago. A friend of ours who is in the real estate sector recommended the property. One of the things which instantly impressed us was the maintenance of the society. The place is well kept in terms of cleanliness. The amenities are also maintained well. You can observe a lot of greenery here, which is another plus. The flat which was up for sale was also in decent condition. We are yet to decide as the quoted price is a bit over our budget. But, amongst all the properties, we like this the most. So, we are considering everything to take a call.

Hello. I saw you were looking for some Ittina Mahavir reviews and I’d like to share mine. We recently purchased a 1 BHK home from its previous owner in this society. One of the main reasons why we showed interest in this property is the Ittina Mahavir location. Present in Electronic City Phase 1, the area is quite nice. You have several commute options in the form of Fine Mart Supermarket bus stop and ICON School bus stop. Even healthcare facilities are nearby. There is the Springleaf Hospital, Vimalalaya Hospital and more. The total land area is pretty big, covering 10 acres. You get a good space to park your bikes and cars in the society and the gated security maintains a safe environment. Overall, we’re quite happy with the purchase. If you’re interested in a flat in E-City, you can consider this.
