We heard about the availability of a 3 BHK on resale in this society through a friend. As we were in search of a house in the city for a long time, we decided to check it out. One of the things that attracted us was the amenities here. You get a jogging track, an indoor games area, visitor’s parking, a swimming pool, a children’s play area and more. The flats are also Vastu compliant, which is a feature we wanted in our house as we strongly believe in Vastu Shastra. The flat condition is quite decent and the interiors looked okay to us. We are thinking of making an offer to the seller by this week.

The property is in Electronic City and has quite a big property area, spreading across 13 acres. The location impressed us a lot as both our offices are in E City. Also, there are easy commute options in the form of the Singena Agrahara bus stop and the Heelalige train station. In terms of healthcare facilities, you have the Vimalalaya Hospital and the Narayana Hospital 3-5 km from the property. All these things make the Ittina Neela address a good one to live in. There's a decent amount of greenery across the land with enough space to park cars and bikes. In all, it’s a good option to consider for a flat in Bangalore.

Hi. My father and I recently went to the society and had a look at the 2 BHK flat. We were impressed with the Ittina Neela 2BHK unit size specifically. It has a carpet area of 1290 sq. ft., which is quite spacious for a flat with 2 bedrooms. The area has a lot of supermarkets along with malls like the M5 E City Mall, D Mart and Grand Mart. The society looked well maintained with clean areas all around. We were also happy with the interior work, where you have windows that let a lot of sunlight enter. The house ventilation is also decent. We are still thinking about the property as the quoted price is a bit over our budget.
