The packing felt haphazard, and some boxes were damaged during transit. I only liked that the team was polite, however when I wished to give feedback they didn’t listen to me. One of my friends recommended J A Movers to me. While their staff were friendly, my move was not as smooth as I hoped. They forgot a few of my items and took longer than promised without proper communication. I felt quite irritated during the process, and I think their team should improve their working style. Apart from that, they should also use good-quality packaging material for fragile items. Overall, I will rate them 3 out of 5 under my J A Movers and Packers Mumbai reviews.

I hired J A Movers and Packers for my recent move within Mumbai, but I was disappointed. The team arrived late and seemed to be in a rush, which made me feel uneasy. Some of my belongings arrived scratched, and I expected better care. They also broke a mirror while transporting it. I was stressed, dissatisfied and expected more attention to detail from their side. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.
