Here is my Jai Packers and Movers review because when I availed their service, they didn’t tell me the status of the delivery of my goods until and unless I called them and asked specifically. That is poor customer service. You should keep the customers updated on all this. Even then, they ended up delivering my stuff 14 days late. But other than this, the service was fine and nothing came to me damaged. I will rate them 3 out of 5 under my review.

I am writing my Jai Packers and Movers reviews after availing their service to move a few of my heavy stuff during a recent relocation. Their service was good, but they charged me an extra refundable booking fee which they ended up not refunding even after I called them so many times. They later said that it was non-refundable, but I remember they said that it was refundable. My advice is if you give them any such fees, get it in writing that it is refundable or they won’t give it back.

My experience with the Jai Packers was okay. I booked their service for moving my full 2BHK house, but they still only sent 3 people to pack and move all the things. Because of such low labour, moving all the stuff took a lot more time than usual. Other than that, everything was fine. They at least delivered everything on time, but then sent only 2 people to unload everything. That’s why my Jai Packers and Movers Mumbai reviews are only 2 on 5.
