While searching for some properties in Chennai, my uncle asked me to visit Jains Advaya, and it caught my attention. I found that the property expanded on an acre with a single tower and 122 units. I found that the unit configuration is 2 & 3 BHK. The property was also RERA certified and the Jains Advaya RERA number was given as well: TN/01/Building/491/2023. When I visited the property, it was refreshing to see the pleasant amenities they provided. These included gym, lift, CCTV camera, party hall, communication/association room, children's play area, fire safety, power backup,
indoor games, aerobics room.
Upon asking the Jains Advaya possession date, I was told that it’s ready to occupy the flat. It’s a great property to invest in.

I was looking for a property in Chennai to invest her money in. My priority was a location where I can find all the required places such as school, hospital, shopping centres nearby. My sister bought a flat in this project in Chennai. I am sharing my Jains Advaya reviews as I recently visited this project with my sister. I found the project to be properly planned as it offered immediate luxury living in a strategically located space with easy access to essential amenities.
Jains Advaya price for 2 & 3 BHK with unit size from 733 to 1274 sqft starts at Rs. 43 lakhs. I also liked the project’s specifications, like the main door being made of a teak wood frame with a panelled skin door shutter. The bedroom door was made of teak wood or country wood frame with flush shutters. And toilet doors were made of teak wood or country wood frame with flush shutter.
It had elegantly designed rooms with modern facilities. All walls were coated with putty and finished with emulsion paint. Windows and Ventilator grills were finished with enamel paint. If you are looking for properties in Kovur, this place is a must visit.
