This is a RERA registered project and the Janhavi Enclave RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/AG/171114/000400. This offers Vastu compliant homes. A few days back when I visited, I was amazed with the multitude of amenities. Some of the amenities that I liked are,

  • Security

  • Intercom

  • Visitor parking

  • Gas pipeline

  • Basketball court

  • Indoor games

  • Maintenance staff

  • Party area

  • Power backup

  • Sewage treatment plant

  • Tennis court

I liked the project and consider it to be one of the best to invest in. However, I’d say that if you too are planning to invest in this locality you should visit this project before deciding.

Hello, Janhavi Enclave situated in Devarachikkanahalli, offers exceptional connectivity.

Nearby bus stations are, 

  • Silk Board just 5.2 km or 19 mins

  • Bommanahalli just 3.1 km or 14 mins

  • Kudlu Gate is just 5.3 km or 18 mins

  • Nearby hospitals are Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta 2.9 km or 11 mins, Fortis Hospital 3.0 km or 11 mins

  • There are several schools nearby, amongst them the renowned ones are, National Public School which is just 6.6 km, and VIBGYOR High School, Haralur which is only 8.2 km from the Janhavi Enclave location.

I am supremely impressed with the location, and I am planning to book an apartment here.

Hi, I am writing this Janhavi Enclave review based on my recent visit. It is located in the Vijaya Bank Layout , Devarachikkanahalli , Off Begur Road Bangalore. This offers 3 BHK homes. On enquiring about the Janhavi Enclave unit configuration, the sales team shared this table with me,

The  Janhavi Enclave price for a 3 BHK is around Rs. 1.65 Cr. They are willing to negotiate a bit. As I liked the apartments in Janhavi Enclave, I am planning to book a unit here.
