Jeyam Packers and Movers did an average job during my recent move. While their packing was fine and none of my items were damaged, they were a bit disorganized. They changed the delivery time without informing me, and I only found out after calling them repeatedly. The vehicle they used wasn’t what they initially promised either. However, despite these issues, the overall service wasn’t really bad, and everything arrived safely in the end. But, I will never consider using them again, as they need to work on many aspects for sure.

I had an awful experience with Jeyam Packers and Movers, Chennai. They gave me a statement that my goods would arrive the next day, but they were delayed by almost five days. The worst part is that I had to call them several times to get an update, and only then did they inform me that the vehicle had broken down. They didn’t even use the vehicle they initially promised. There was zero communication about the changes, and several of my items arrived damaged. Their customer service was terrible and no one cared to address my complaints.
