What are the JKG Purvarang Reviews, Wagholi, Pune?

The project has been developed by JKG Builders and the total property is spread across 4 acres. You get bike and car parking here along with gated security. The locality is in Wagholi, and you can commute easily by taking buses from Kesnand Phata and Wagholi Bus Stand, which are 1 km from the property. When it comes to healthcare, Lifeline Hospital and Imax Multispeciality Hospital are 1-3 km away. All these things make the JKG Purvarang location advantageous. 

The flats are well maintained. There is nice air circulation and sunlight entering the house is also good. In all, you can consider the flat here as an option.

I checked out this property with my partner in July after inquiring about the JKG Purvarang unit configuration. The property has 1, 1.5 and 2 BHK homes. We were on the lookout for a 2 BHK apartment and found the flats appealing here. The area has all the necessary amenities close by. Some of the ones I can remember include Undre Hospital, Sushruda Hospital and Care Hospital, which are just 3 km from the site. My children’s school, Prodigy Public, is also the same distance from the property, so it would make the commute convenient for them. We are still thinking about the deal. But I would recommend you visit the project and then see if you like it.

We purchased a 1 BHK apartment here. One of the things we liked was the amenities on offer. There is a swimming pool, a gym, a shopping centre, an aerobics room, an amphitheatre, a basketball court, a library and much more. We were able to get a really good deal, given all the features of the apartment. The JKG Purvarang price was Rs. 27.6 lakhs. For the pricing, it’d depend on the floor and the actual flat along with the expectations of the seller. So, keep those things into consideration while checking the price. I think it is a great place to live and if you find a flat here, do consider it.
