This area is a booming hub, surrounded by schools like New Mecaulkay School (3.90 km km) and hospitals like Motherhood (3.68 km). I believe the connectivity here is seamless with Sarjapur Road just 1.5 km away, while the upcoming Bommasandra Metro Station (9.42 km) will make commuting even easier. For the JRC Sanzio address, it’s perfect for those looking to balance convenience with tranquillity. I am confident this location will grow into an even better investment by the JRC Sanzio possession date in December 2027. During my first visit only, I booked a 3BHK unit here.
