I had a horrible experience with Jyoti Best Packers And Movers Pvt Ltd, Noida when I trusted them with my belongings, and they completely disappointed me and my daughter. They packed all the items in around 6 cartons, but on reaching, only 5 cartons arrived. They were claiming that there were only 5 cartons while I have proof with a photo and bill of 6 cartons. The one which was lost contains all the stuff of my child to which she was deeply connected. Dealing at a new place without her comfortable toys was very hard for her. I regretted choosing a company so unprofessional. I suggest everyone to stay far away from them.

I kept calling, but no one answered my calls. This company is nothing but a scam. Once they have your goods and money, they completely ignore you. This is very wrong. I wouldn't trust them to even move something from one room to another.
