What are the Kalpataru Jade Skyline Reviews, Baner, Pune?

My father is planning to invest in a lavish property near Baner and since the Kalpataru Jade Skyline Possession date is 2026, he is considering investing here. Last month only we visited this project and found it pretty impressive. They will be providing a variety of amenities like:

• Fitness Court

Adding to these you can experience

• Extraordinary views from their rooftop amenities

• Can overlook 500 acres of bio-diversity park surrounding it

We are almost 90% sure of investing here by this year only hence will suggest you check it out at least once.

The sales team did not specifically mention the Kalpataru Jade Skyline 2bhk price to us but mentioned that they will start from around Rs 1.8 crore. I really loved some major aspects of this project like:

• It is a RERA-approved project being constructed by the Kalpataru Group

• This project will be providing only 2 and 3 BHK apartments 

• The Kalpataru Jade Skyline project area is huge, around 0.50 acres with a single building comprising 465 units

Based on the plan I felt that the 

• All the apartments will be ventilated and spacious

• The residents can enjoy luxury being in a serene environment

• One can just pay 9% and No-Pre EMI Till Possession* and 0% Stamp Duty

I felt the project is worth investing in so you can think of investing here

This project is situated quite near to our office so my colleagues had a lot to say in their Kalpataru Jade Skyline reviews. Since we were also looking for a 2 BHK, I and my husband checked out this project and found it quite good. The best thing is the Kalpataru Jade Skyline location. It is just near PMC School, Pan Card Rd, Baner, Pune, close to the Pashan highway. I noticed that several schools, markets, malls, bus stands, and other essential places are located near this project like:

• The Cinepolis - WestEnd Mall is just 4 km from here

• The Primrose Mall is within a km

• The Reliance Fresh is within 3 km

• The Enhance Dental Care Clinic is within 3.5 km

• The Life Line Hospital is just 1.3 km

• The Orchid School is 1.5 km

• The VIBGYOR High, Balewadi | CBSE & CICSE School is within 3.5 km

The Kalpataru Jade Skyline price list, Rs 1.84 crore onwards is indeed a bit high but based on the location and provision of the project, I feel it's worth it. This locality of Baner, Pune is in great demand so properties here are bound to be costly.
