My sister recently moved here, and she told me that her apartment in Kalpataru Splendour is quite spacious. Along with that, she also told me that she has big, spacious balconies. I asked her if the project had been registered with RERA or not, and she provided me with the Kalpataru Splendour RERA number, P51900000246. Apart from that, I learned that it has great amenities, location advantages and easy access to public transportation. I am planning to visit the project next week and check it out.

Around 3 months ago, I purchased a 2 BHK flat in this project. I found out about Kalpataru Splendour's address from a friend of mine and visited it. After staying here for a few months, I can say that the only con of this project is its old fashioned layout. Apart from this the project is a really nice one. The project is also closer to various key locations, such as Wakad Chowk, Pimpri Train Station.Nearby health care facility include, Lifepoint Multispecialty Hospital. The Blue Ridge Public School is also located close to this project. In my opinion, Kalpataru Splendour is one of the best places to live, and I would strongly advise people looking for a pleasant living environment to purchase an apartment here.

Hi, here are my Kalpataru Splendour reviews. I visited this project after learning about it from a few of my colleagues in Pune. During my visit to the locations, I found the construction to be quite high-quality and along with that, I was amazed by the amenities of the project. The project has a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, kids' play area, jogging track, park, guest parking, etc. Along with that, it also has excellent round-the-clock security, power backup, fire safety, etc. As I loved all the facilities of the project, I booked a 3 BHK flat here. I bought it only after learning that the Kalpataru Splendour price for 3 BHK was Rs. 1.59 Crores.
