So we went to check out this project, which is in Kalyan West. We have been living in Mumbai for the last 10 years and want to get a 1 BHK now, which is the Kalyan Vihar unit size. We also asked about the features here, which impressed us a lot. The location in particular works for us with the Kalyan Station 3 km away and the Metro a kilometre away.
As far as the Kalyan Vihar 1 BHK price goes, it starts at Rs. 33 lakhs, excluding taxes, which I feel is a decent price considering the market of Mumbai and the locality.
However, we were a little disappointed with the carpet area, which starts at 384 sq. ft. We are yet to decide on this project as
Metro Pride

I called the office of Kalyan Vihar to find out about the Kalyan Vihar unit configuration after a friend recommended I visit the project. They have all 1 BHKs in the project, present in the Kongaon area of Kalyan.
I further asked about the special features here and they shared a lot of them. They have a sewage treatment plant, a landscape garden, tree planting, a gym, water harvesting, internal street lights, a swimming pool and so much more.
I am visiting the project this Saturday to inquire more and make up my mind. From the information I have thus far, I believe it is a good project.

Hello, my partner and I visited this project a month ago. The Kalyan Vihar location is in Kalyan West. The property has 1 BHK flats across a land of 1 acre. I had a conversation with their builder team during the visit. They told me that the usable carpet area of the flats here starts from 384 sq. ft.
What we like the most here is the location, which has banks and shopping markets nearby, such as the SBI and ICICI Banks, and the Reliance Smart point. Amongst hospitals, VED, Dhanwantari and Life Line Hospitals are 1 km away.
My daughter’s college is also within 4 km of the project, so that would save her a lot of time every day.
I also checked the RERA registration and the Kalyan Vihar RERA number is P51700033988. Overall, I feel this is the ideal project if you are looking for a 1 BHK in a good locality with all-around infrastructure and facilities.
