What are the Kamdhenu Vogue. Sanpada, Navi Mumbai Reviews?

Hi, I saw you were looking for a review of this project and I’d like to share mine. This project is in Sanpada and with my office being 10 minutes from the society, this would be the perfect place to move into. 

I also looked up the amenities that impressed me further, including a gym, a swimming pool with a deck, landscaped gardens, a children’s play area, and more.

The project has been approved by MAHARERA and the Kamdhenu Vogue RERA number is P51700035135. 

Although everything seems fine, the Kamdhenu Vogue possession date is a bit of trouble for us as the date is March 2027, which is quite late for us. So, we are yet to decide on this project.

My partner and I gave this project a visit last Saturday. We asked about the Kamdhenu Vogue unit size of the 3 BHK which has an area of 1085 sq. ft. I liked the fine details they focused on. Some of the ones I can remember include Italian marble in the living room and passages, the houses have the highest floor-to-ceiling space and there are gypsum finish walls with lustre paint on interior walls.

The locality is nice with everything close by, like Inorbit Mall, Raghuleela Mall, New Millenium Hospital, and more.

We are thinking of booking a flat as this project has got a nice balance. We’d say that you should contact them and then make a call on whether this suits you or not as personal preferences can differ.

Hello. I took my father to visit this project being developed by Kamdhenu Builders. We have been searching for a  2 BHK and the Kamdhenu Vogue location seemed to be the right one for us. The Sanpada railway station and the Juinagar railway station are like 5 minutes away, with the Moral Circle and Palm Beach Road also nearby. 

You can reach the Navi Mumbai International Airport within 30 minutes. Most importantly, there are reputed hospitals like MPCT and Hiranandani close to the property.

In the Kamdhenu Vogue unit configuration, there are 3 BHK flats here with a tower configuration of ground floor plus 36 floors with a grand entrance lobby. 

We have our interest in the 2 BHK and the property looks fine for us to make the booking as we haven’t liked the other projects that we’ve been to.
