What are the KCS River Edge, OMR, Chennai Reviews?

We initially called the builder team of this property to ask about the KCS River Edge unit configuration, which was told to me as 3 and 4 BHK villa homes. Then, we showed interest in visiting the project as we were in search of a 4 BHK house.

Amongst many other things, the amenities were something which impressed us a lot. There is a visitor parking, maintenance staff, a rainwater harvesting plant, a badminton court, a children’s play area and much more.

Although we haven’t yet confirmed whether this is the right project for us, we do like the project overall. 

I read a lot of KCS River Edge OMR reviews before visiting this project. My wife and I were looking for a 3 BHK in Chennai for a long time and we got a good deal with this project. It is in OMR, which is amongst the areas where we were looking for a property. 

It is being developed by the KCS Foundation and they are developing this gated community villa in an area of 0.6 acres of land with 16 units. 

I asked about the KCS River Edge unit size and the 3 BHK has a carpet area of 1198 sq. ft. I also casually asked about the 4 BHK carpet area which is 1598 sq. ft. The house is pretty spacious and in a good location. While the KCS River Edge 3BHK price which starts at Rs. 1.47 crores seemed a decent deal for the property.

So, after discussing this project, we finally made the booking there last week. I suggest you check out this project and then make a call.

Hello there. I saw you wanted a KCS River Edge review and since I visited this project a while ago, I can share mine. The project has 6 buildings with a total of 16 units of 3 and 4 BHK homes.

What I liked the most about this project was the KCS River Edge location, which is in Karapakkam, OMR. My office is a 10-minute drive, which would save me a lot of time every day. The locality in itself is nice if you ask me. There is the Mettukuppam bus station, VCare Hospital, Apollo and Nanthini Hospitals, Arvind Theatre and more around the project.

I also inquired about the KCS River Edge RERA number, which is TN/29/Layout/1154/2024. So, I am relieved of the legal aspect of this project, as well.
