Hi, I am writing this Kingston Tower review as I recently accompanied my brother to this project. The project offers luxurious 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments. The apartments are Vastu compliant and manned with security surveillance and CCTV running around the clock, swimming pool, ATM, power backup, jogging track.
Overall, we like this project and my brother is planning to invest in a 2 BHK here.

Hey, The Kingston Tower location is strategic in terms of connectivity. The project is located in GD Ambekar Marg, Jijamata Nagar, Abhyudaya Nagar, Parel, Mumbai. The nearest metro station is Acharya Atre Nagar Monorail Station which is just 6.4 km from this project. Nearby train stations are Lower Parel, and Byculla both 0.4 km, and 3.1 km respectively. Also, closeby healthcare institution is, B.Y.L. Nair Charitable Hospital (4.4 km), and Bhatia Hospital (6.1 km). The project is a good one to invest in. I’ve invested in a 3 BHK apartment here.

Visited Kingston Tower a few months back to check out a 3 BHK resale flat. On enquiring about the Kingston Tower possession date, we learned that this project is around 3-5 years old, hence, offering immediate possession. The Kingston Tower unit configuration of the 3 BHK flat was 1,450 Sq.Ft. The seller was quoting Rs. 5 Crores as the Kingston Tower price.
I believe the price is a bit exorbitant, so I am also looking for other affordable options in this locality.
