As I learned that this is a read-to-move project, I planned to visit the Kohinoor City Phase 2 address, which is near Koninoor Hospital Kurla, Kurla West, Kurla, Mumbai. My first impression of the project was really nice, and I looked around to learn more about it. The project has a really nice swimming pool, a children's play area, a clubhouse, garden area, party area, badminton court, a community hall, etc. All of these were of a liking to me. I asked a salesperson about the Kohinoor City Phase 2 price for a 2 BHK unit, which he told me was around 2.35 Crore. He also said that the price depends on the carpet area of the apartment. He gave me a tour of an apartment with a carpet area of 1241 sq. ft. I liked this very much and planned to buy it.
