We were looking for a 3 BHK apartment in Wakad, Pune and found some positive Kohinoor Courtyard One reviews, so my sister and I decided to visit the project. Based on what we found, Kohinoor Courtyard One unit configuration is 2 and 3 BHK apartments, which are spread across 3 acres of area and 258 units, starting from Rs. 85 Lakhs. The project is under construction and the Kohinoor Courtyard One possession date is December 2026. Since it’s located in one of the prime localities of Pune, we have decided to buy a flat now as the return on investment is higher. We really liked the ambience of the society and found the project very spacious and attractive.
