We’ve been looking for a house in Bengaluru for a long time and this one suits our preferences. It’s on Hennur Road, close to the Outer Ring Road. The Kolte Patil Lakeside 24 location is pretty good as the upcoming metro station at Kogilu will ease transportation. To talk about the Kolte Patil Lakeside 24 unit configuration, you’ll find 2, 2.5, 3 and 3. 5 BHK flats. There are also 3 and 4 BHK duplexes here and the project area is quite spacious, with an area of 1.86 acres and 90 percent of open space. Coming to the Kolte Patil Lakeside 24 unit size, the house’s carpet area is decent, being 773 sq. ft. In all, it’s a good place, but we have yet to decide whether to go for it or not.

Hey. We booked a flat here a while ago after visiting it in August. The society has a lot of great things which convinced us to go for the flat. One of those things is the amenities here. There’s a badminton court, a gym, a swimming pool, visitor’s parking, a tennis court and much more. The Kolte Patil Lakeside 24 price starts at Rs. 96 lakhs, which is a bit high, but the offerings had us interested in making the purchase. The huge open space will have a good amount of greenery, improving air quality in society. Before finalising, we checked for the Kolte Patil Lakeside 24 RERA number and found it to be PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/060324/006667. Another thing which fell right in place for us is the date of possession. The Kolte Patil Lakeside 24 possession date is October 2028, which fits our schedule. Overall, I’d recommend you give the property a visit.

The Kolte Patil Lakeside 24 seems great. My brother wants to invest in a property on Thanisandra Main Road, Bangalore so insisted I check out this project on his behalf. I feel the project to be worth investing in. I couldn’t get details about every aspect but I learned that
This project will have 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK Vastu-compliant apartments
It will have only 1 building and 131 units
The Kolte Patil Lakeside 24 project area is around 1.86 acres
There will be around 90% vehicle-free zone
The project is right opposite to Beautiful Kannur Lake
