Hello Palash. I read a lot of Krisala 41 Estera reviews before deciding to visit the property last week. There was a 2 BHK up for sale and we were interested in buying it. A friend of ours gave us the name and said it suits our requirements. This is a gated society in Malwadi, Punawale across a big area of 4.5 acres of land. We liked some of the offerings here like all the apartments have rainwater harvesting, the location of Punawale has all the essentials like bus stops, train stations and hospitals nearby and a good open space in the society.
The Krisala 41 Estera unit size is decent, with a carpet area of 692 sq. ft., although we would have liked a bit more room, but it’s fine. Overall, it's a good place for a house and we are considering finalising the deal.

We were really interested in the property due to the location, which is near Savta Mali Mandir, Malwadi in Punawale. There is the Punawale bus stop, Ojas Hospital and Akurdi train station nearby.
When it comes to the Krisala 41 Estera unit size, the 2 BHK has a carpet area of 692 sq. ft, which although is a little small, but the other features balanced it out. There is ample space for car and bike parking with professional security. The interiors are modern and there is enough sunlight entering the house.

We went to check out 1 BHK here last month and quite liked it. The project area is huge, with a 4.5 acre land parcel. We were impressed by the amenities in particular in this project. There is an aerobics room, a children’s play area, a shopping centre, a community garden and more.
The staff for maintaining the property is punctual and keeps everything in shape. The best part for us is the open space, where we have our morning and evening walks in the greenery. I suggest you make a visit to the property to get a better idea.

Hey, I’d like to review this property by sharing my opinion. I went there with my brother last week. The location was a major aspect of us visiting the property as our business office is about 2 kilometres away. There are a lot of commercial centres nearby and the road connectivity is also decent. The building blocks are well maintained and there is also fire safety, intercom, indoor games and visitor’s parking. We are going to make the deal for the flat in a couple of days.
