Their executive, whom I spoke with, gave me a detailed quotation and promised me that there were no hidden charges. During the initial discussion, I was told they would bring a 14 ft covered truck, but they came with a 10 ft open pickup. That day was a rainy day, and most of my stuff got wet during delivery.
