What are the Krishna Mystiq, Basapura, Bengaluru Reviews?

Hi there. I have a 3 BHK flat in this property and would like to share a quick Krishna Mystiq review with you. There are 2 and 3 BHK flats here with great planning done in terms of the design. There is ample space, plenty of light, and ventilation in each room of the house.

The Hosur Road is about 200 metres from here, which makes it quite convenient to get the essentials because of a good market set up.  Moreover, the connectivity to Electronic City is a major plus to having a flat here.  

In terms of the amenities, there is a swimming pool, a gym, a rainwater harvesting plant, and more. My family and I have been quite satisfied with the decision to book a flat here.

My sister and I checked out a flat here last month. We’ve been looking for a good property in Bangalore for quite some time now. A friend of ours shared the availability of a 2 BHK here. We first asked about the Krishna Mystiq unit size, which ranges from 1100 to 1375 sq. ft. depending on the house type.

The locality is another thing that pulled our interest as the Silkboard is a 10-minute drive and my office is about 2 km from here. The ICON Bus station is also close by, which would help with the daily commute. 

Overall, our impression of this property was on the positive side. However, we couldn’t make a deal due to budget constraints. I would still recommend you to go and check out the property once.

Hello, I saw you were looking for a Krishna Mystiq review, so I can give you mine. I visited this project a while ago with my partner to look for a 2 BHK resale flat on the 3rd floor. 

Let me begin with the Krishna Mystiq unit configuration, which includes 2 and 3 BHK flats across 6 acres. 

The property is on Chikkathogur Main Road, Pragathi Nagar in Basapura, Bengaluru. The location for me has been the highlight for us. The Springleaf Hospital and Apollo Clinic are nearby, while Galaxy Paradise, Narmadha Complex, and other stores can be reached conveniently. All of this makes the Krishna Mystiq location suitable for us.

Apart from this, the project has been approved by the RERA authority. I checked for the RERA number of this property, which is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/180504/001567. 

So, having the Krishna Mystiq RERA number, we were assured of making a deal for the flat.
