I also learned about the amenities they provide, such as a Tennis court, Basketball court, Children’s play area, Gym, etc. I even enquired about the RERA number of the project, which was TN/29/Building/0434/2023. After learning about all this information, I decided to purchase a 3BHK.

Before visiting this project, I decided to check some of the Krishna Zirve reviews. I came to know about the project through a social media channel. From the review, I learned about the location and the Krishna Zirve project area, which was around 1.09 acres.
I visited the project and enquired about the Krishna Zirve 3BHK price and carpet area. The executive told me that the starting price of a 3BHK unit was Rs. 2.08 Crore, and the carpet area was 1815 & 1819 sq. ft. Following this, he told me about a few key locations around the project, which are

Arumbakkam Metro Station, 2.5 km
RR Hospital, 0.2 km

I came to know about the Krishna Zirve project from a friend of mine. He suggested that I check the project as I was looking for a 3 BHK. I decided to visit the Krishna Zirve location, which was near Kauvery Hospital Vadapalani, Saligramam, Vadapalani, Chennai.
After visiting the site, I asked about the Krishna Zirve price list and Possession date. The executive told me that the possession date was in June 2027, and the price of the apartments starts from Rs. 2.08 Crore onwards. Both of these were perfect for me, and thus, I booked a unit with them.
